FAQ

What is your style of photography?
We blend documentary storytelling with candid, authentic moments and a touch of editorial artistry. We see weddings first and foremost as a celebration of your love, not a photoshoot. Of course, we’ll make sure you have all the family photos you want, but the magic truly happens when you focus on what matters most: being present and soaking it all in. Our goal is to capture the day as it unfolds naturally, blending in like quiet observers, yet always there when you need us.

I’m camera-shy. Will you help me pose?
Absolutely, you’re not alone! So many of our couples tell us they’re camera shy. As professional dancers, we have a great sense of movement cues. We will get you laughing and offer simple directions to ensure you feel at ease. A big part of what we do is candid and documentary-style photography. The more you just enjoy the day, laugh, dance, and soak it all in, everything on our end will fall right into place.

How many hours should I book?
Every wedding is different! Part of our consultation process includes helping you to decide which package will best fit your day based on your itinerary and budget.

Once you have a solid schedule in place, we can chat through how many hours will fit best. For weddings 6+ hours, we will set aside our entire day, so if anything changes at the last minute, we are more than happy to extend our stay with an hourly fee.

Do you always work as a team, or can I book just one of you? We’re a really great team and love working together — it’s how we’re able to capture your day from multiple perspectives and create the full storytelling experience we’re known for.

That said, in certain situations, it’s possible to have just one of us there. Coverage will be a bit different, and videography won’t be available with solo bookings, but we’re always happy to chat and see what makes the most sense for your day!

Are there any additional fees?If we are on site for 6 hours or more, we kindly request that a vendor meal be provided.

Do you do retouching? We can lightly retouch day-of blemishes (like a pimple or bruise) to help you look your best, but we keep things authentic and don’t make larger appearance changes.

What goes into the cost? Our pricing is based on a few key things that help us deliver the best possible experience and final product:

01. There are two of us!
Twice the creativity, coverage, and care in every frame.

02. Experience & Gear
With over 10 years each in photo and video, we’ve spent years refining our craft and investing in professional gear, software, and storage - everything needed to keep our work sharp and reliable.

03. Hours of Work
Every wedding involves much more than the shoot itself. From planning and travel to culling, editing, and curating your final gallery. We handle every step with attention to detail and human care. We highly value our human eyes and try our best not to utilize AI tools in the editing process. We can guarantee the photos you receive will be seen with all four of our eyes!

Fun fact about yourselves?Drew is not a makeup artist, but after years of being a professional dancer…. she was once seen putting fake eyelashes on a bride.

Kendra was once seen hiking uphill with 30 pounds of photography gear during a wedding ceremony, only to be caught in the rain on top of a cliff. But we caught this photo and have now invested in rain gear, so it was all worth it!
